Halloween is almost here, what better bedtime story than H.G. Wells' "The War of the Worlds"!!  We will be posting 2 chapters a day, with the final chapters on Halloween Night!!  So spend Halloween with Thomson, his Dad as they read this classic of science fiction.

Super fun weekend, the GIANTS WON!!!  Also hear about our trip to Scare Grove, a Halloween event put on by the SF Recreation and Parks department that takes place in the beautiful Stern Grove.  Rides, games, haunted houses, Giants game, all in the midst of beautiful redwoods!!

The Finale of The Merry Adventures of Robin Hood!!  What did you think about it?  I'm surprised that all of the movies tend to show the same parts of the book, when there is so much more!  Coming up next, in honor of Halloween- WAR OF THE WORLDS!!!!

I love this picture, it reminds me of all the photos of the dogs and the terrible things they do when no one else is around!!  Thomson has a very rigorous schedule of exercise, practicing his letters, studying history/science/literature and household chores.  He is really thriving and getting better everyday!

Thomson survived his very 1st Haunted House at the Pumpkin Festival in Half Moon Bay!  Lots of fun things to do there, its a great adventure for the whole family.  Thanks for listening- ELE!

Sunday was a FREE day at the Exploratorium!  AND it was Fleet Week in San Francisco!  What a day to be at the piers, not a cloud in the sky, Blue Angels roaring by right above us, and tons of science experiments disguised as games!
